PayPilot ("we", "us", "our") operates the PayPilot mobile application and the website at nevermissapayment.com (together, the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run PayPilot for you:
- Account data — your name, phone number, and household role (Pilot or Co-Pilot).
- Payment tracking data — the payees, categories, amounts and due dates you add.
- Device and diagnostic data — anonymized crash logs and performance metrics.
PayPilot does not connect to your bank, credit card or any financial institution. All amounts and payment statuses are entered manually by you or your household.
2. How we use your information
- Provide the tracking, reminders and household features of PayPilot.
- Send you due-date notifications you've enabled.
- Improve reliability and diagnose issues.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate PayPilot (for example, cloud hosting and push-notification providers), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service.
4. Household visibility
When you add a Co-Pilot, they can view the household's payees, payment statuses and monthly summaries. Personal contact details are visible only to household members.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile and household data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records to comply with law.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or export your data from within the app. To delete your account and all associated data, visit our Delete My Account page.
7. Security
PayPilot uses industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong device passcode and keep your app up to date.
8. Children
PayPilot is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect.
